Sweet violet is a medicinal flower and herb that has been used for thousands of years for its healing properties. Use 2 tsp of fresh or dried flowers and/or leaves to 1 cup of boiling water. Allow to steep for at least 10 minutes and sweeten with raw honey if desired.
